Training Program

Most of the training is home-based, in your own time and at your own pace, mixed with practical hands on training in fully equipped workshops. The benefit is that you can continue to earn money whilst you learn and it does not lead to periods where you may have to sacrifice your income so you can follow your new career goals.

For existing plumbers, electricians or heating engineers the training could offer a range of up-skilling to include renewable energy skills and qualifications.

Learning from home is usually done via a PC and professionally prepared study materials. You will be required to complete coursework and regular written assignments from home. There are also times when you will need to attend workshops where practical hands-on training is provided to compliment your home study with real life experience.

Tutor is a fantastic teacher, knows his stuff and can explain everything clearly. The place itself is well kitted out and had everything I needed to complete the course. After completing week 7 on the third day, I was able to practise my skills making whatever I wanted, which was good. Even moved on to welding Aluminium.
