Work Hours & Environment

You can have the flexibility you always wanted – A plumber’s work hours can vary widely, depending on what part of the industry you decide to work in. You also have the possibility to work in the evenings or weekends as well as extra hours if you want to.

If you decide to work on your own you will be able to decide which hours to work. Domestic Plumbing has ample opportunities as people need help 24 hrs a day (emergency call outs etc.).

As a plumber you will have a variety of options from buildings homes, factories, and hospitals, to construction and installing plumbing systems in new buildings.

You can choose between work indoors or outdoors. You can also choose to specialise in one or more different areas such as construction, maintenance or the upgrading of plumbing systems.

Tutor is a fantastic teacher, knows his stuff and can explain everything clearly. The place itself is well kitted out and had everything I needed to complete the course. After completing week 7 on the third day, I was able to practise my skills making whatever I wanted, which was good. Even moved on to welding Aluminium.
